Now that summer is over, it’s time to catch up on the blog! I’m so excited to share some of my most recent sessions, starting off with this beautiful girl!
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting this sweet baby when she was just 8 days new! She slept for most of the session, posed perfectly, and was a pleasure to photograph.
I love newborn portraits for so many reasons, but one of the reasons is because newborns change and grow so quickly. When I see parents a couple weeks after their newborn session, they are always surprised how much their baby has changed. I’m so glad that I’m able to capture these precious fleeting moments for these families so they can treasure them forever!
Enjoy a few of my favorites images from this session. I can’t wait to see this family again for their six month session. Congrats again to her wonderful parents!
Thinking about booking a newborn session? It’s never too early! I suggest booking your newborn session in your second trimester to guarantee that I can photograph your family. When possible, I will try to accommodate later bookings as well. I only book a certain number of sessions per month, to ensure that I have availability around each due date. Newborn sessions are best when scheduled 5 – 14 days after the birth of the baby. We understand that this is not always possible and are happy to schedule babies at any age.
